Our PRESENT purpose on these pages is to help people PREPARE for a nuclear holocaust. For that reason we show where targets are and explain the dangers and help people to find and develop safe havens.
Our FUTURE purpose will be to help people RECOVER from a nuclear holocaust. At that time we plan to show actual areas of destruction and safety, and we then plan as a MAJOR ACTIVITY to use the above structure to help survivors locate each other.

The information that we list here are statements of what we know about the groups and communities (or what they say about themselves). If you know that the information is in any way incorrect, please let us know, and we will correct it. Many of the groups initially formed because of Y2K concerns. Many are poorly organized. Many will tell you that they are organized for a purpose other than survival. As poor and weak as the structure is, still it is the best that we have been able to discover to date.
In the future, after the holocaust that we expect, we will try to retain the structure and replace the content - with actual survivors. The surviving TEAM Leaders, or the successors that we appoint in their place will then be the clearing and contact point for survivors in their area.
